By paying a ‘one-time’ license fee customers can use the software perpetually for the purchased number of user licenses. The software is installed on hardware and software provided by the customer whether in-house or through an outsourcer.

A rental fee for a limited period of use gives the client the rights to use the system. Rental fee covers license fees, hosting charges, maintenance and product upgrades, and technical helpline.
